September 1: Grant applications due at The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF).

September/October: The Oregon Historic Trails Advisory Committee reviews grant proposals and develops recommendations.

November: OCF's board of directors makes grant decisions. All applicants receive notification of award (including award payment) or denial.

August 1: Progress reports are due to The Oregon Community Foundation from organizations who received a grant award the previous November.
